The agents of the CTOS and the COM on strike since Wednesday January 30 attempted yesterday, Tuesday February 12, at dawn to block again the entrances to the Hôtel de la Collectivité.
The gendarmes and the territorial police intervened around 7 am so that at least one of the entrances, the main one, is accessible to elected officials, non-striking agents and administrators. Protesters are still blocking the other entrance, overlooking rue Victor Maurasse. They refuse to speak to the press for the moment.
Around 8 a.m. a fire broke out in an abandoned house on rue Maurasse, which the firefighters quickly managed to extinguish. An investigation is underway to determine the cause.
