The Territorial Council has voted a deliberation relating to furnished accommodation for tourism and the implementation of a new declaration form to be completed by persons who hold furnished accommodation for tourism.
This new legislation being effective, the Collectivity of Saint-Martin invites the seasonal renters of villas, individual houses, apartments or studios, as well as the main residences serving as furnished accommodation for tourists, to approach the Direction of tourism stephanie.bessiere@com -saint-martin.fr to complete the registration formalities for their accommodation with the Tourist Office.
The Collectivity of Saint-Martin wishes to point out that this declaration is compulsory and that any failure to declare exposes to third-class fines.
