Within the framework of a strict management of public funds, the President of the Collectivity reminds associations which have signed agreements with the community and which benefit from public subsidies that they are legally subject to control by the Department for the evaluation of Public policies.
This control has already started and is carried out by the service agents, in accordance with article 7 of the Framework Partnership Agreement signed between the community and the associations concerned.
Each association has received a convocation by mail and has until Friday 22 Mars 2019 to take the attachment of the Direction of Public Policies of the Community. Associations which do not submit to the control cannot be subsidized, they must then justify the use of public money to the award committee.
