Last month, the members of the Executive Council addressed the theme of the Territorial Displacement Scheme (STD) for our territory. Considering in particular the difficult conditions of circulation and parking, and the need to permanently remedy the current conditions of mobility, the deliberation was adopted unanimously at the Hôtel de la Collectivité. Thus, it was decided to proceed with the implementation of the STD “in order to improve and diversify the means of movement (circulation and parking) of people and goods throughout the territory”. For this, general public surveys will be carried out in Saint-Martin: ten agents will be recruited by the Collectivity, over a maximum period of two weeks.
