Export single window: "A good springboard to the international market"

0

The export single window was officially launched on October 16 at the CCISM, in Concordia. In order to better prepare businesses for the challenges of tomorrow, the chamber launched the “Export Fridays”. Update with Luciana Raspail, export project manager.

“This is a very good initiative from the CCISM and its partners. The export single window is an excellent opportunity for companies. Today, they are forced to go and find markets outside due in particular to the size of the island. With this window, they finally have support tools at their disposal, mentions Luciana Raspail who hopes that companies will seize this opportunity to develop internationally. Any entrepreneur interested in exporting must fill out a form entitled "Knowing you better, supporting you better". From this information, we will assess the company's ability to export its products or services. For the moment, three companies are in the process: an initial diagnosis has been made, the export strategy will then be established. "

Economic intelligence: first theme of "Export Fridays"

Still with a view to supporting businesses, the CCISM has set up “Export Fridays”. The first edition on the theme of economic intelligence is offered to all companies this Friday at 10am, at the Maison des Entreprises. "Economic intelligence consists in collecting, analyzing, developing, disseminating and protecting strategic economic information in order to strengthen the competitiveness of a company or a research establishment", specifies Ms. Raspail. This session will be moderated by Luc Donnet, economic intelligence project manager with the Business, Competition, Consumption and Employment Department (Direccte). Reservations required by email: guichetexport@ccism.com or by phone at: 05 90 87 84 42.

In addition, the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson welcomed the opening of the CCISM export counter. According to Ms. Hanson, this project “fits into the dynamics of the government's national pact for growth, competitiveness and employment. It is now a question of perpetuating for the next five years the activity of Saint-Martin companies which are already working in the export sector, while allowing new companies to join this dynamic ”. The COM provided the chamber with an investment fund amounting to 50.000 euros.
