On September 21, a notable person from the French side forced a gendarmerie barrage in Grand-Case.

A soldier signaled him to stop, but the driver refused to comply. This earned him to be placed in police custody.

The vice-prosecutor delivered to him by minutes a summons in court next January 11. He is accused of violence against anyone who holds public authority, refusing to comply and endangering others. The member was injured but had no ITT (Total Work Disability).
