The ANIS association organized a mini tournament on Monday July 18 for children enrolled in the summer camps of the Caisse Territoriale des Œuvres Scolaires de Saint-Martin.
At the Emile Choisy school, around fifty children were able to have fun playing video games such as Mario Kart 8 and Kinect Fruits Ninja (fun and amusing, this game consists of 60-second challenge sessions of cutting fruit using motion sensors). Throughout the day, the children were able to enjoy the various activities in a friendly and warm atmosphere. As an ambassador association of the PEDAGOJEUX program, the Anis association raises awareness among children and parents about good practices around video games and the attitudes to adopt in the event of screen addiction (adults and children).
A "Side Event" of the festival carried out with the support of the CLAS program of the CAF of Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin is intended to continue throughout the year, in the same way as the digital mediation workshops for seniors, vulnerable people or even young people in integration that the association deploys in its capacity as a Territorial Hub for Inclusive Digital.
