On the occasion of the Easter holidays, and like every year, the Collectivity will strengthen its capacity to collect household waste near the most popular beaches during the festivities.
Thus, three 10 m skips3 will be located in the following locations:
• At the entrance to the mouth bay (near Le Galion)
• On Galion beach (near the old volleyball court).
• On the beach of Coconut Grove (Anse du Galion)
• On the beach of Grandes Cayes (cove of Cul de Sac)
These skips will be in place from Wednesday April 13 to Tuesday April 19. They will be emptied daily.
It should be noted that agents from the Environment department will be present on the beaches during the Easter weekend to distribute garbage bags to the public.
The Collectivity asks people who will go to the beaches to plan what to collect their waste and to leave the beach clean after their departure.
