Distrust: gastroenteritis in our territory has already reached the level of the maximum values expected for the season, according to the latest epidemiological bulletin on seasonal pathologies from the Regional Health Agency (ARS) Guadeloupe / North Islands. 71 cases were estimated in week 39 according to health authorities. In Saint-Barthélemy, the activity linked to gastroenteritis in city medicine is still low. Regarding the last season, the epidemic took place from December to April in Saint-Martin, totaling 1 estimated cases: “Its magnitude was relatively moderate in city medicine” and “lower than previous epidemics”, according to the ARS.
