Social and solidarity economy: new projects launched

0

As part of the call for projects devoted to the social and solidarity economy (ESS) - launched last April at the initiative of the French Overseas Ministry - 44 projects were selected, including three in Saint-Martin. At the start of the week, the representatives of the associations Le Manteau, Center Symphorien d'Insertion (CSI) and ITEA (Socially Responsible Information Technology Solutions Saint-Martin) signed their agreement in the premises of the prefecture, in the presence of the sub-prefect Thierry Mahler and the president of the Collectivity Aline Hanson. The Manteau thrift store in Marigot, the ITEA digital center and the CSI's basket of hope in Quartier d'Orléans will thus see the light of day. The ministry subsidy amounts on average to 50.000 euros per project. _EH
