Unemployment fell 0,9% last month in Saint-Martin. The number of job seekers (category A) stood at 4.285 at the end of October, according to data from the regional directorate for enterprises, competition, consumption, labor and employment (DIECCTE) of Guadeloupe. This number increases by 1,5% over three months and decreases by 0,4% over one year. Concerning categories A, B and C, the regional management lists a total of 4.748 job seekers registered with Pôle emploi: a decline of 1,2% over one month and an increase of 0,3% over one year. In Saint-Barthélemy, the number of job seekers (category A) stands at 421: down 2,1% over one month, but up 14,7% over one year. _EH
