Local life: Top start of the three days of internal security!

This event is an opportunity for the people of Saint Martin to meet and get to know better the local actors who ensure our daily security.

This year, recruitment stands will be made available to interested visitors and why not encourage vocations among the youngest.

These meetings also have an educational dimension through prevention actions or demonstrations. The goal is to help everyone to protect themselves from the dangers of everyday life and to react well in exceptional situations by adopting the right reflexes and gestures that save. _AF

The program :

October 11 and 12, in schools: awareness of the prevention and juvenile delinquency brigade.

Saturday October 13 from 10 a.m. to 16 p.m .: discovery day organized in the parking lot of the Fort Louis marina.

Discover the nautical resources of the services and safety associations on the platform quay of the Fort Louis marina

Presentation of the Nautical Gendarmerie Brigade of Saint-Martin,

Guided tour of the stars of the customs and the SNSM.

Discover the technological tools and the role of each actor:

• Expert in criminology and new technologies,

• road safety,

• daily security police,

• first aid,

• awareness of major risks,

• recruitment (security assistants, volunteer firefighters, SNSM volunteers, civic service volunteers, etc.).

Attend dynamic demonstrations of intervention services:

• 11:00 am: Interpellation with the police canine team,

• 11:30 am: test your two-wheeler (test your ride) thanks to the technical equipment of the territorial police,

• 14:00 am: rescue maneuver of a victim by a team of firefighters,

• 15:00 am: Interpellation with the police canine team,

• 15:30 am: test your two-wheeler (test your ride) thanks to the technical equipment of the territorial police.
