After a first phase of action conditioned by the post-Irma emergency, the Compagnons Bâtisseurs are now implementing a long-term action which is characterized by a local presence in the heart of two districts, Sandy Ground and Quartier d'Orléans, materialized by two fitted containers, one at Sandy Ground near the Jérôme Beaupère school, the other in the Orléans district along the main N7 road, at the corner of dead end Barry, St Georges district.
The objective is the improvement of the habitat and the improvement of the living environment, by supporting the inhabitants in their projects in order to give them the means to carry them out. It is no longer "doing for", it is rather "doing with" and "doing together". _AF
