Born in the Dominican Republic and 38 years old, BBDR does not hold a French (European) driving license as required by law.  In accordance with the prosecution's requisitions, the court sentenced the author of the accident to a three-month suspended prison sentence, a fine of 500 euros for lack of insurance and two other fines of 100 euros each.
