The Collectivity paid 384.670 euros to take possession of the land of the Canonniers wastewater treatment plant (STEP), located in Terres-Basses. The members of the Executive Council unanimously validated - on December 20 - the deliberation relating to the acquisition of part of the BI108 plot - with an area of 6.994 m² - at the price of 55 euros per m² . Article 2 indicates that the deed of sale will provide for “a right of way for the benefit of the ASL des Terres-Basses, on the land purchased, for the passage of a rainwater evacuation pipe and“ an easement on the part of the plot remaining the property of ASL des Terres-Basses, for the passage of the drainage pipe for water treated by the station ”. _EH
