Modification of the conditions for awarding part 1 from January 2021.

Target audience : companies particularly affected by the economic, financial and social consequences of the spread of the Covid-19 epidemic and the measures taken to limit this spread, namely:

1. Companies which, throughout the month of December, were prohibited from welcoming the public (aid of up to € 10 or 000% of turnover up to a limit of € 20 per month). Does not apply to Saint-Martin

2. Companies that were able to reopen in December but recorded a loss of turnover of 50% over the same month compared to their reference turnover (up to € 1). Does not apply to Saint-Martin.

3. Companies whose activity falls within the sectors listed in appendix 1 (in particular tourism sector, catering) of decree n ° 2020-371 of March 30, 2020 (version in force on January 28, 2021) and which lost in December 2020, 50 % of their reference turnover (without size criteria: up to € 10 or 000% 15 turnover - up to 2019% within the limit of € 20k if turnover loss of more than 200%. Applicable to Saint-Martin

4. Companies whose activity falls within the sectors listed in appendix 2 of decree n ° 2020-371 of March 30, 2020 (version in force on January 28, 2021) and which lost in December 50% of their reference turnover (if less than 50 employees: € 10 maximum within the limit of 000% of turnover). Applicable to Saint-Martin

5. Companies whose activity does not fall within any sector listed in appendices 1 and 2 of the decree and which in December lost 50% of their reference turnover (up to € 1). Applicable to Saint-Martin
