For an apartment with an area of 70 m2, we found three ads in Quartier d'Orléans: € 950, € 1 and € 200. In the Paris suburbs, a 1 m2 is offered on average at € 1 in Suresnes, Issy les Moulineaux or Montrouge or at € 275 in Créteil or Ivry.
