FB, 40, was tried on Thursday January 19 by the Saint-Martin criminal court for having sent 65 sexual emails to Ms. B., 47, director of human resources (HRD) of a hotel in Saint-Barthélemy, between May 20 and August 6, 2015. The accused did not leave the choice to his victim than to file a complaint, including the slightest manifestation on his part as an encouragement, even if she repeated to him to stop. The court sentenced FB to fifteen days suspended prison sentence, € 800 in damages and € 800 under article 475-1 (reimbursement of the lawyer costs of the victim), the victim having become a party civil.
