The number of unemployed job seekers, in category A, in June 2017 stood at 4.418 in our territory. This number fell by 0,2% over one month, by the same percentage over three months, and increased by 4,5% over one year, according to the regional directorate for enterprises, competition, consumption, labor and of employment (DIECCTE) of Guadeloupe. For those under 25, we see an increase of 2,2% over one month, 1% over three months and 17,8% over one year. For 25-49 year olds, there is an increase of 0,1% over one month and a decrease of 0,9% over three months. For categories A, B and C, the regional directorate lists 4.982 people registered with Pôle emploi: this number increased by 0,9% over three months, decreased by 0,1% over one month, and increased by 5,8% over a year. _EH
