Regulation: Declaration obligation for operators of alcoholic beverage outlets

The Regulations and Transport Department of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin is currently processing license applications for drinking establishments.

These licenses, by virtue of the regulations in force, are compulsory for permanent, mobile or take-out establishments of alcoholic beverages, of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th categories, as well as for temporary authorizations within the framework of events with the favorable opinion from the Technical Safety Committee. Anyone wishing to operate this type of establishment is required to register with the Collectivity, at the office of the Regulations and Transport Department.  

The documents and forms to complete the file are available on the website of the Collectivity:

– Application form to open a drinking establishment

– Documents to be provided with the application file, along with the application form

– CERFA 11542 form declaring the opening, transfer, translation or transfer of a liquor store license.

Once downloaded and completed, the file must be sent by email to the DRT department: licensesdébitsdeboissons@com-saint-martin.fr or deposited on site. 

An appointment will be requested beforehand, by calling 0590 29 56 26 or 0690 22 17 24.

The offices are open Monday to Friday from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., n°162 rue de la Hollande, B2, in Marigot (Former Evelyna Halley school, behind the Antoine Julien GUMBS bus station).
