The Collectivity of Saint-Martin informs the parents of pupils of the opening of registrations for the 2022-2023 school year, according to the following procedures:
1- Enrollment in nursery class, all sectors combined
Registration is open from January 24 to February 18, 2022
• Children born in 2019 – 2018 – 2017: Petite Section (PS), Moyenne Section (MS) and Grande Section (GS) – no schooling.
• Children born in 2020: Very Small Section (TPS) – registered on a waiting list. Requests will be studied on a case-by-case basis and granted within the limits of available places according to predefined criteria.
2- Registration for the Preparatory Course (CP), all sectors combined
The parents of children enrolled in GS will collect from the school from March 1, 2022, the information sheet which, duly completed, will be submitted to the school affairs department until March 31, 2022.
3- Transfer request or new registrations, all levels combined
• Registration is open from June 27 to July 6, 2022: transfer requests will be studied on a case-by-case basis and granted within the limits of available places.
• Kindergarten or elementary classes (reconciliation of siblings, home, new arrivals, educated in the private sector or outside the territory)

Documents concerning the child:
• Photocopy of the family record book or an extract from the birth certificate
• Photocopy of the vaccines listed on the health record
• Medical certificate of aptitude for life in a school environment (only for kindergarten children not attending school).
Documents concerning the legal representatives:
• Parents' ID
• Proof of address in 2 copies in the name of the legal guardians, dating back less than 3 months: water, electricity, landline telephone bills or address certificate.
• Notice of taxation or non-taxation 2020
• Photocopy of the judgment for the exercise of parental authority (in the event of separation, divorce) and the identity document of the ascendants or legally responsible persons.
Request for transfer or new registration (children already in school):
• Certificate of radiation (in case of change of public or private school)
Registration certificates are to be collected from June 15, 2022 for kindergarten and June 28, 2022 for elementary.

You can also drop off your registration file in the mailbox provided for this purpose, located in the School Affairs department, seaside annex, rue de la Liberté in Marigot.
