Lovers of delicacies can feast on thanks to the talented chefs of the St. Maarten Vegans who will once again join forces on November 5, 2019 at 19 p.m.

Respected for their various take-out meals businesses on the island, Chefs Jackie Sattler, Jenny Budhrani, Marianne Marchant and Maya Laungani, will offer their time and expertise for a fundraiser for the benefit of Animal Defenders. For only $ 70 per person, guests will enjoy dishes such as vegan roasted fillets, Japanese corn soup and coffee and chocolate panna cotta. The combined talents of the Chefs and Nick and Nora (caterers) have together carefully selected the alliance of drinks, including non-alcoholic cocktails, for each of the four dishes.

And as if that were not enough, DJ Outcast will be in charge to create the perfect atmosphere for this dinner. Add to this a raffle with the prizes to be won, generously provided by many  shops in Sint Maarten, and you will have an evening that you will not soon forget!

All this could not have been offered to you without the kind heart of Wasabi Charlie. Because, in addition to letting us take advantage of the professionalism of several of its employees and servers for the evening, the management allows us to use its premises and equipment for free! The “St. Maarten Vegans” is a non-profit group, founded in 2015, with the objective of meeting other Vegans but also curious non-Vegans. Its values ​​are respect, compassion, and good food, but without suffering.
