Grand-Case beach: no AOT in sight

1

At the Hôtel de la Collectivité, during the plenary session of the Territorial Council, the president of the Collectivité Aline Hanson mentioned yesterday - as usual - a number of subjects in her introductory speech, before deliberating on the six items on the agenda.

Among the topics discussed, the president wished to provide details concerning the court decision - rendered last week - relating to the so-called “Grand-Case deckchairs” case at the administrative tribunal. As a reminder, the deliberation of the Executive Council of November 2015 was canceled on this occasion. The president wanted to clarify things in response to some incorrect comments in the media: “The cancellation of the deliberation does not change the rules of occupation of the public domain. To be able to occupy the public domain, you must have a temporary occupation permit ”, underlined the president. This case is therefore far from being buried since there is no question, for the moment, that the COM issues AOT._EH

Weird this fierceness of the president against these deckchairs, it would be necessary to dig a little to see if there is nothing other than the general interest
