As part of the labeling program of the League and the French Football Federation and in order to educate young people about ecology and the environment, Juventus de Saint Martin has "associated" with Clean Saint-Martin, a voluntary association which aims to keep our island clean.
From now on, at each Clean Saint-Martin gathering, every three weeks or so, Juventus de Saint-Martin will come to support and educate its young players. Each of the categories will be mobilized to clean up the island.
• A first crowned outing of success !
The young footballers (U7 category) and their parents, as well as the educators of Juventus de Saint Martin spent a very pleasant morning with the volunteers of the Clean Saint-Martin association who work regularly to keep our beaches clean.
A treasure hunt was organized to encourage our little ones to find bottles with a message, on the theme of ecology, while collecting all kinds of rubbish.
Almost two skips of waste were collected in this way.
The goal is to educate our players (and their parents) about ecology and about not leaving waste lying around.
The children were very motivated and invested in their mission. No doubt they will now be careful not to leave anything lying around.
They were then asked a small quiz to find out how long it took for the different detritus to disintegrate.
Finally, small Beach-soccer games were organized without forgetting a small swim of course to cool off.

Next month, it will be the turn of the little U9s to put on the gloves for a new operation to clean the beaches of the “Friendly Island”!
