Friday, May 25 at 18 p.m. marked the return of the IOTV channel, Saint Martin television.
After more than 7 months of technical challenges, IOTV is back on the screens thanks to the support of Canal + Caraïbes after the devastating visit of Irma which completely destroyed the premises of the local channel.
With a program schedule adapted while awaiting the reconstruction of the new studios for the start of the new school year in September, the Saint Martin channel covers current events on the island through local news, from Monday to Friday at 18 p.m. , followed by “Wahapen” micro-pavements in the streets of Marigot and reports entirely devoted to Saint Martin. A daily weather forecast for the Northern Islands is also being prepared, which will allow the population to stay informed for the coming hurricane season.
Thematic programs on set as well as magazines will then enrich the program schedule.
