ECB unveils new 50 euro note

1

A new 50 euro banknote from the “Europe” series will be put into circulation on April 4, announced the Overseas Departments' Issuing Institute (IEDOM). "This period of 9 months between the presentation of the ticket and its circulation allows professionals regularly handling these tickets to have a sufficient period to prepare for the introduction of the new denomination," said the institute. This note is "the most widely used value, representing 45% of the total volume of notes in circulation," says the European Central Bank (ECB), adding that this denomination has a portrait window: a new sign of security to fight against counterfeiting. _EH

Hopefully this cut will meet the best successor in Holland to honor Marianne so that she does not file a complaint.
