A gendarmerie investigation was opened, surveillance was put in place, EM was placed under telephone wiretapping. But the gendarmes are doing nothing. No conversation, no contact allows us to affirm, or even to suspect, that EM is engaged in any traffic in narcotics. He is still placed in police custody. And that's when he “spontaneously” confesses the facts. "We can thank him because we had nothing in the file", comments the court before which EM appeared on Thursday morning.

In police custody, EM explains to investigators that he transported 400 grams of cannabis three times between Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy between mid 2018 and early 2019. That the person questioned by the investigating judge in the Loiret , was his dealer. He also indicates to have stopped the traffic for several months, "this is why the wiretapping did not give anything", understands the court.

The prosecution requested a sentence of eighteen months in prison and a fine of 1 euros. After deliberation, the court pronounced a six-month prison sentence and a fine of 000 euros.
