Cyclone shelters are 7 in number and will accommodate 1500 people.

Marie-Antoinette School Richards, in Morne O'Reilly -Rambaud
Robert Weinum school complex at the Savane - Grand Case
Private Shelter - ASMT, Anse Marcel Privilege
Clair St Maximin School, rue Corossol in Quartier d'Orléans
They are safe shelters. An expert diagnosis will be published in the press in June on the reliability of the latter in order to reassure the population.
The shelters are open to the public during the RED vigilance phase. The Community will set up a shuttle system to allow the population to easily reach these secure sites. Shuttle stops and routes will be published in due course.
