The Saint-Martin Criminal Court sentenced a 9-year-old man on Thursday, March 23, to four months suspended prison sentence and a total of 3800 euros in damages for having hit his partner on December 1, 2016 because she had gone out to drink a drink at Grand Case without asking for his authorization.
