The goal of the club is to allow children from 3 to 16 years old… to be able to develop and choose their gym!
GAM (Male artistic gymnastics)
The GAM section which is finally born, 10% of members are male, a great first! Most boys start out ... and have fun discovering gymnastics ... while combining strength and power. An ideal sport for the good development of the body! Sessions: Monday 16:15 p.m. 17:15 p.m. or Wednesday 14 p.m. 15 p.m. location: Hope Estate
GAF (female artistic gymnastics)
The GAF section has existed for over 20 years now, the oldest having known the sports hall in Galisbay. Today, the girls are lucky to be able to benefit from a room dedicated to artistic gymnastics, all the apparatus available as well as a multitude of teaching materials, located at Hope Estate. Sessions: Monday 16:15 p.m. 17:15 p.m. or Wednesday 14:15 p.m. 10:15 p.m. Hope Estate or Saturday 11:15 a.m. XNUMX:XNUMX a.m.
GR (Rhythmic Gymnastics)
A new discipline since September 2019, GR is practiced with machines (balls, hoops, strings ...) by combining dance and acrobatics.
This feminine discipline is practiced at Bellevue and Hope Estate. Tuesday Bellevue or Saturday morning at Hope Estate
GYM AWAKENING (boys and girls from 3 years old)
The awakening gym is essential for the sport of the little ones! The awakening gym (3 to 5 years old) provides access to a complete sport in the form of fun courses with adapted and secure modules which allow the youngest to have fun while playing! Motor skills, balance, coordination, turning, rolling .... themes are proposed to them at each session so that your children thrive in complete safety. Monday 17:30 p.m. or Saturday 9:30 a.m. at Hope Estate. _AF
