The Tennis Club de l'Ile de Saint-Martin (TCISM) organizes its annual “youth” tournament from May 30 to June 2 in memory of Maxime Bechu, former TCISM player.
The Maxime Bechu challenge is an important competition organized in memory of the young athlete who will also have two delegations from Saint-Barthélemy. Because of Irma, this tournament could not be held for the 2018 financial year. 45 young competitors will participate. 4 categories will be represented: red for 6/7 year olds, orange for 8/9 year olds, green for 10 year olds then the 11/12 year old category.
This tournament is loyal every year thanks to the generosity of Valérie and Olivier Bechu as well as the Schoelcher school.
The arbitration will be carried out by the referee Philippe Alonso. TCISM President Osé Saint-Louis Gabriel is delighted with the resumption of the tournament this year.
