Since May 1, 2018, the lieutenant, David Raimond has been assigned as commander of the Saint-Martin Brigade Community.
Originally from the Mont Saint-Michel region in Lower Normandy, he was previously stationed in the autonomous territorial brigade of Gaillon (27) since 2015 as deputy commander.
Returned to the gendarmerie in 1999, he was assigned at the end of his training in Châtellerault to the 24/3 Monts D'Aunay mobile gendarmerie squadron until 2004.
He then joined the departmental gendarmerie at the Troarn brigade (14).
In 2008, he became a motorcyclist and joined the motorized brigade of Caen (14), the motorway peloton of Potigny (14) and the judicial pool of the Departmental Road Safety Squadron of Caen until 2015 where he passed the competition officer.
This nautical enthusiast is particularly delighted to be assigned to Saint-Martin for a period of at least 3 years.
