The Collectivity of Saint-Martin gives an appointment to the population, next Tuesday, June 21, on the Seafront of Marigot, on the occasion of the Fête de la Musique!
Founded in France in 1981 and celebrated on June 21, the day of the summer solstice, the Fête de la Musique is an unmissable event in around a hundred countries. Its primary vocation is to promote music, in particular emerging talents and amateurs who can perform on the street. Saint-Martin is part of this approach and the community thus offers local artists the opportunity to perform on stage. This year, the schools will open the ball, in the morning from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The pupils of the primary schools of Saint-Martin will come to present their musical spectacle. Come as many to encourage them !
From 19 p.m. to 22 p.m., the Saint-Martin scene will celebrate music and give the “La” to the 2016 edition of the Fête de la Musique.
