It was a great first for the two partners, Thomas and Yohan: to go into night mode by offering a Mad Events evening at the Moon Bar Rooftop in Sint Maarten.
On Saturday August 13, from 21 p.m., the Moon Bar was filled with a crowd that had come for the first night edition of a Mad Events event, with, among others, the artist Tiitof in showcase. If this was his first musical performance on the territory of Saint-Martin, the French rapper of Martinican origin showed a natural ease and a real pleasure in performing in front of the Saint-Martin public. . Before the performance of this artist who is one of the most popular French talents with Caribbean origins of the moment, Mad Events had entrusted the turntables to five local DJs: Tryss, King Kembe, Em, Big Boss and Siw'Roo who signed his first collaboration with the duo of organizers. All of them produced a sound unique to their musical identity with cutting-edge sets that raised the temperature several notches on the dancefloor. The atmosphere was all the more electrified during the performance of two dancers who were preparing the assembly for the rapper's imminent showcase. When Tiitof took the stage, the audience crowded in front of him, not missing a second of the show. Dressed in a white T-shirt and blue jeans, the artist charmed the audience, made up mainly of young people of all nationalities. If the lyrics of Tiitof's songs are mostly in French, the language barrier will not have prevented foreign spectators from fully enjoying the concert in this beautiful space that is the Rooftop of the Moon Bar in Maho. The music is unifying and the "Mad Moon Party" reminded us wonderfully.
