On Friday, December 11, as part of the day of secularism, the association ACS ZEPIN (Cultural and Sporting Association Priority Education Zone of the Northern Islands) led an action by inviting the artist Swé within the Hervé Williams elementary school.

The theme of this event, which celebrated 115 years of secularism, was entitled "Solidarity at the heart of secularism", and the artist Swé, who is visually impaired, was invited to participate and to speak to the students. from school.

Swé shared the values ​​of tolerance, "different and all equal", of solidarity with the public, students and supervisors, adopting a discourse appropriate to children, in particular on the beginnings of his life as a person with a visual impairment.

His white cane and braille mini-computer greatly impressed the attentive audience. Some students were very moved, and to thank her, the students gave her a nice card which they read, as well as two presents.

The action of ACS ZEPIN was intended to allow students to discuss with Swé, listen to his testimony on his visual impairment, and the impact of solidarity in his life.
