Twenty players met last Sunday at Le Méditerranéen restaurant in Porto Cupecoy for a new tournament that kept all its promises.
In the absence of Milo Scheeren, Yashwant Vaswani dominated the tournament in winning his 7 games including 2 particularly hooked. First the one against Amin Bouabdelli who finished on the podium for the first time, after several places of honor. His daily and weekly internet training with Jef Follner paid off. Then in the last round, Yashwant had a hard time facing the young Caelin Rohiemon who was participating in her 1st tournament. Juan Sims Perez wins in the youth category.
