• Economic recovery: 2 euros (+ 613% in one year) for 000 projects

• Rehabilitation-Reconstruction: 5 euros (+ 250%) for 135 projects
Three new projects were funded for a total amount of 279000 euros, including one in Saint-Martin. 94000 euros were granted to Electriciens sans frontières in support of the electrical renovation and the upgrading of buildings damaged by Irma.
The other two projects are located in Dominica, they are the photovoltaic supply of two health centers and two retirement homes (105000 euros also granted to Electriciens sans frontières) as well as the rehabilitation of a second house. pension and the installation of a cyclone shelter by Fiapa (80000 euros).
In Saint-Martin, the Les Compagnons Bâtisseurs association received two-thirds of the donations from this component, to conduct habitat rehabilitation programs.

A new project was financed this year, it is the Narramus program set up by the Usep of the Northern Islands in Saint-Martin for an amount of 4700 euros.
The subsidy to Library Without Borders was increased by 20000 euros to 120000 euros to finance its actions promoting access to culture and information. All the projects included in this section were carried out in Saint-Martin.
• Environment: 310 euros (+ 300%) for 17 projects
A new project was funded: 45000 euros were granted to the Metimer association for the recovery of two wrecks of boats destroyed by Irma and their restoration. In this section, the association Sandy Ground on the Move received the biggest help with 100000 euros to clean up the neighborhood and raise public awareness of the environment.

• Covid-19: 5 projects
In 2020 as part of the health crisis, the Fondation de France funded five projects to the tune of 269750 euros to help populations already weakened by Irma. It thus granted 81650 euros to Trait d'Union to support vulnerable populations, 44600 euros to the Red Cross to provide food aid, 37500 euros to Cobraced, 10000 euros to the Manteau and 96000 euros to Initiative Saint Martin Active for clothing and the distribution of masks.
