Nicole Blais, Master Teacher of Usui Reiki, regularly offers introductory sessions to this method of Japanese origin in Saint-Martin, based on energy treatments by laying on of hands. This relaxation technique, founded by the Japanese Mikao Usui born in 1865, is “the union of meditation and relaxing touch on points of the body, to promote the restarting of the natural resolving potentials of the person”, from after the French federation of traditional reiki.
