Each year in April, the Lions Club Oualichi offers a health-focused event to the public. For their annual conference, which will take place this Thursday at 19 p.m. at the media library, in Concordia, the team chose the theme of the hearing.
Three speakers were invited to animate this demonstration entitled "To hear well for better living": Doctor Lazare Noubou, geriatrician, emergency doctor and doctor at Bethany Home, will address the consequences of deafness in the elderly; Doctor Nallet, ENT surgeon (otolaryngologist), will discuss the different interventions according to the types of deafness, and finally Doctor De Lanversin, ORL, will talk about the detection and treatment of deafness and hearing loss in children and newborns.
