The Conservatoire du littoral is currently carrying out a participatory project at the Galion with students from the Quartier d'Orléans in partnership with the Nature Reserve and the Department of National Education.
The objective is to involve the population in the restoration of the natural habitat fauna and flora, the improvement of the conditions of frequentation of the site and the promotion of eco-tourism. The participative project is aimed at two classes: the CM1 of Clair Saint-Maximin, and a 5th of the college of Quartier d'Orléans, present on the site Thursday, February 2. Julie Walker, the representative of the Conservatoire du littoral said: “We are curious to know how the students see the site evolving. " They will present their work during an exhibition by the end of the school year.
