It is the decree of December 31, 2014 relating to the termination at any time of insurance contracts, in application of the consumer law of March 17, 2014 - known as the Hamon law - which gives you the possibility of doing so. This law provides for a number of measures to strengthen the power and protect consumers. The Association for the Defense and Information of Consumers (ADEIC) of Saint-Martin is organizing a conference-debate on this law for the population this Tuesday at 18 p.m. at the CCISM.
