The Executive Council, meeting in plenary on Tuesday May 23, 2018, decided to postpone to Saturday June 30, 2018, the deadline for filing income statements for the year 2017. In the event of late filing, an increase of 10% will be applied by state services.

Unanimously, the elected members of the Executive Council have thus decided to postpone the date which benefits all Saint-Martinois households. Thus, taxpayers have until June 30 (midnight) to file their declaration with the Center des Finances Publiques de Saint-Martin, located in Concordia, rue Jean-Jacques Fayel.

If you do not receive your declaration form by post, you will find on the Collectivity website www.com-saint-martin.fr (Taxation section), all of the printed matter and notices useful for declaring the income you received during 2017.
