These are fraudulent messages that you may have received, by email or by phone (SMS or voice message). 

• Your operator Dauphin Telecom never asks you for your credit card number by SMS.

• To be sure that it is Dauphin Telecom who is contacting you, check that the number indicated is indeed 0690 77 3000.

• Do not reply to the e-mail - or to the SMS - or to the fraudulent voicemail message if it is not this number,

• Do not fill in the data requested, and do not call the telephone number it may contain. Do not click on the links or buttons on the fraudulent email, and do not open any attachments.

Delete the fraudulent email - or SMS - or voicemail message from your inbox.
