Information communicated by the Prefecture of Guadeloupe.

This classification as an “active circulation” zone will provide, upon publication of the decree, the prefect of the Guadeloupe region with new prerogatives to fight against the spread of the virus, such as:

that of being able to temporarily close one or more categories of establishments open to the public (reception halls, party rooms, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, gymnasiums, museums, etc.).

that of being able to adopt more restrictive travel conditions within a department when local circumstances so require.

those of being able to prohibit the holding of markets.
