Coronavirus: 114 active cases confirmed in Guadeloupe

According to the ARS, Guadeloupe has this Tuesday, March 31, 7 new confirmed cases of COVID 19 in 24 hours, bringing the number of proven cases to 114.

27 patients are hospitalized at CHUG, including 14 in intensive care and 13 in medicine. 4 patients are taken care of by the Basse-Terre Hospital Center.
The majority of confirmed cases of Covid-19 are between 15 and 64 years old (64%). In this age group, 45-64 year olds are the most affected (35%).
The proportion of people aged 75 and over represents 13% of cases, slightly increasing (+ 2%).

According to the Regional Health Agency, a total of 22 people have been declared cured by infectious disease specialists in Guadeloupe, or 2 more than on Monday.
