The 23 new elected members of the territorial council met for the first time in plenary session on Thursday under the chairmanship of Louis Mussington. The agenda was relatively long since it was for the territorial councilors to elect the representatives in each of the organizations, commissions, advisory committees, boards of directors, etc.
Louis Mussington also proposed the creation of five cabinet jobs to “assist him” while specifying that he had not yet finished the recruitments; the deliberation was voted unanimously. The elected officials then had to debate on the budgetary orientations.
Today Friday, the territorial council meets again to debate and vote on the initial budget 2022, which will allow the new team in place to launch its first projects.
