EXECUTIVE COUNCIL: Who are the most present and absent elected representatives?

As in 2018, the executive council met 38 times in 2019. The meetings have taken place on Wednesday since the start of this mandate, before 2017, they took place on Tuesday afternoon. The average number of sessions is 3,1 per month.

The member who was the most diligent was Valérie Damaseau with 32 attendance over the 38 sessions organized, representing an absence rate of 16%. She came to seven more meetings than in 2018.

President Daniel Gibbs was present at 30 meetings, he is the second most present member with an absence rate of 21%. He attended two more meetings than in 2018.

Conversely, the most absent member is Annick Petrus with 15 attendance for 23 absences, ie an absence rate of 61%. In 2019, she attended four fewer meetings than in 2018. The previous year, she had been as often present as absent.

Louis Mussington, who was the most absent elected official the previous year, came in 2019 to two additional meetings, he thus had 16 attendance for 22 absences, i.e. an attendance rate of 42% against 37% in 2018.

Marie-Dominique Ramphort records an attendance rate of 58% with 22 attendance, that's four meetings less than in 2018.

Yawo Nyuiadzi has been present as much as he has been absent. However, he attended six fewer meetings than in 2018. He was more often absent in 2019 than he was in 2018.
