The law of August 5, 2021 relating to the management of the health crisis establishes the implementation of the health pass throughout the national territory from Monday August 9, 2021. The decree of August 7, 2021 specifies the conditions of application to Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin. Thus, in the overseas communities, the representative of the State is empowered to take measures to adapt to the health pass according to local circumstances. The Prefect of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin to date has not decided on its implementation in our territories. When this proves to be useful, he will not fail to consult widely elected officials, socio-professional actors and representatives of civil society.
