The problem is that AF792 lands at PTP at 14:40 p.m. and there is no immediate connection to Grand-Case (SFG). Is the risk of being placed in a fortnight in Guadeloupe real?
NO according to the Prefecture of Guadeloupe who replied that you will be considered in transit and therefore not subject to the fortnight if you leave for Saint-Martin the next day.
The next flights between PTP and SFG according to the website of the 2 regional companies are:
- Air Caraibes on May 4, 6, 8, 11, 13, 15 with flight TX328 at 12:45 p.m.
- Air Antilles Express which resumes its daily flights on May 11 (May 3 update: all flights are full until May 23 on Grand-Case and Juliana).
The quickest solution to return to Saint-Martin is therefore to take AF792 of May 5, spend the night in Guadeloupe and take the Air Caraibes TX328 flight of May 6 at 12:45 p.m.
