Rose and Bruno left the Colombier district to settle in Cul de Sac two years ago and embarked on a new adventure, that of opening an educational farm. They thus cleared their land and built enclosures to accommodate hens, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, goats, pigs, etc. "We have around 150 hens and a hundred gallinacea," explains Bruno.
The couple created in parallel Oualichi pedagogical farm, an association which aims to share their passion and the world of the farm. Their first action is an open house.
The couple's second ambition is to host schools and sell farm products (eggs, etc.) as well as live animals. "We are already selling it, so we don't reduce imports of live animals, which do not necessarily adapt well to the climate," he says.
